Auditor: An Auditor is the one who is very attentive in his work, a student who attends a course but does not take it for credit and a qualified accountant who inspects the accounting records and practices of a business or other organization. Every report of an Auditor is detailed by his opinion and it is described below:

Auditor's report: The Auditor's report is a formal opinion, or disclaimer is considered an essential tool when reporting financial information to users, particularly in business. Since many third-party users prefer, or even require financial information to be certified by an independent external auditor, many auditees rely on auditor reports to certify their information in order to attract investors, obtain loans, and improve public appearance.
